On Friday, January 16, 2026, players can pick up their scorecards and t-shirts from 4-6 PM at the Decatur Conference Center & Hotel.  Shirts are on a first come/first served basis.  Only one player from each team needs to be present. 

On Saturday, January 17, 2026 Decatur Conference Center & Hotel will open their doors at 8:00 AM for food and drink specials.  At 10:00 AM we will begin to launch busses.  Play will begin at 11:00 AM.  Every team must play in the order of the holes listed on your scorecard. At the end of play, busses will shuttle the players back to the Decatur Conference Center & Hotel for the post party.  ALL SCORECARDS MUST BE TURNED IN BY 5:30 PM so we ask that you manage your day appropriately if turning your score card in is important.  Winners will be announced at 7 PM.  

Please plan ahead to use UBER or a designated driver available to pick you up from the Decatur Conference Center & Hotel after the event!  You also have the option to book a room for the night at a reduced rate! Call  The Decatur Conference Center & Hotel at 217-422-8800 and book the RIDE THE ELEVATOR HOME special.  

In entering any of the aforementioned events and participating there in, the guest(s) and player(s) as a condition thereof, hearby waives any and all claims, demands, actions or cause of action whatsoever against Webster Cantrell Youth Advocacy, George A. Mueller Beer Company, MillerCoors and all participating establishments. All participants will be required to sign a disclaimer prior to the event.

DCCH will host a breakfast buffet and drink specials in the morning.  Rockwell coffee will be on hand in the morning serving up their popular coffee along with fresh donuts!  Rockwell will return at the end of the day to give you that jolt of coffee to keep the fun going.  Lukka Popcorn Co. will be on hand at the post party serving up their delicious popcorn to snack on or take bags home with you!  The Turkey Man will be available as busses return serving up his famous Turkey Burgers and Rice.  DCCH will be serving Butch's Pizza.  

Please be respectful of waitstaff, bartenders, bus drivers, other players, our volunteers and the establishments.  It is against the law to enter an establishment with a drink not purchased at said establishment or to have an open container while on board the busses.
